Shipping & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We don't offer returns or exchanges but if there is something wrong with your order, such as a wrong item sent, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please take photos, include the tracking number and keep the box & packing materials in case these need to be turned into the Post Office for a claim. Any refund will consist of the purchase price and sales tax only. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is being sent back, a refund will be issued within 3 business days upon receipt.

Items purchased will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. Your order will be shipped via USPS (or occasionally UPS) We are not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, or packages shipped to an incorrect address.

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Sometimes your order will ship in two or more packages, you will be notified when this is the case. If you have any questions about tracking or shipment please contact us.
